What transmission components are used in injection molding machines?

The main function of an injection molding machine is to use plastic molding molds to produce various shapes of plastic products. It can heat the plastic, apply high pressure to the molten plastic, and inject it into the mold cavity, with the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency, and high reliability.

The transmission components used in injection molding machines include many types, and the following are some of the main components:
1. Linear guide rail: used to support and guide the moving parts of injection molding machines, such as injection seats, mold clamping devices, etc. The common types of guide rails include sliding guide rails and rolling guide rails. Rolling guide rails have the advantages of high stiffness and low friction coefficient, and are suitable for high-precision and high-speed injection molding machines.
2. Ball screw: Ball screw can convert rotational motion into linear motion, achieving precise positioning and movement. In injection molding machines, ball screws are mainly used to drive components such as injection seats and mold clamping devices.
3. Transmission motor: Transmission motor is the power source of injection molding machine, usually divided into servo motor and ordinary motor. Servo motors have high precision and responsiveness, suitable for precision injection molding and fast movement scenarios, while ordinary motors are suitable for general injection molding machines.
4. Gears: Gears are used to transmit power and can change the speed and torque relationship between the motor output shaft and various components of the injection molding machine. According to different transmission requirements, different types of gears can be selected, such as spur gears, helical gears, bevel gears, etc.
5. Gearbox: The gearbox converts the high-speed rotation of the motor into low-speed, high torque output to meet the force requirements of various components of the injection molding machine. 6. Hydraulic components: Hydraulic components include hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic valves, etc., used to achieve hydraulic transmission and control of injection molding machines. The selection of hydraulic components needs to be configured according to the specific needs of the injection molding machine. 7. Chain: Chain is mainly used to transmit power, connect motors and various components of injection molding machines. The chain can be customized according to different transmission requirements, with high reliability and durability.
