2、 Working principle and structure of hydraulic gear pump

A gear pump is a mechanical flow device that uses gear rotation to generate synchronized pumping oil at both ends. It consists of gears, bearings, packing, oil ports, and other parts. The rotational speed of two gear teeth is equal, and low pressure is generated between the teeth. The oil is sucked into the tooth gap and forms a sealed area along the tooth profile. As the gear rotates, the oil is carried to the outlet. Gear pumps are divided into external gear pumps and internal gear pumps according to the shape of the gears.
