RFA direct return oil filter is a device used for precision filtration of hydraulic system return oil. It mainly filters out metal particles and rubber impurities generated by component wear in the hydraulic system, and keeps the oil flowing back to the oil tank clean. It is installed on the top of the fuel tank, with the cylinder immersed in the tank. It has the advantages of compact structure, easy installation, high oil flow capacity, low pressure loss, and convenient replacement of filter elements. Its application fields cover metallurgy, petrochemicals, textiles, electronics, machinery, power, shipbuilding and other industries. The filter is equipped with devices such as bypass valve, diffuser, and filter element pollution blockage transmitter. When the filter element is clogged, the transmitter will sound an alarm and the bypass valve will automatically open. The filtration accuracy range is 1-30 μ m (example model accuracy is 1-30 μ m), and the rated flow rate is 25-1000L/min. Using fiberglass filter material, the working temperature range is -30~110 ℃.
1. Install a filter pollution transmitter and an oil bypass valve to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system; When the filter element is blocked by pollutants or the system liquid temperature is too low, flow pulsation and other factors cause the inlet oil pressure to be 0.35Mpa, the signaling device will send a signal indication. The filter element should be replaced or the oil temperature should be increased in a timely manner. When it is not possible to immediately shut down and deal with these faults, the bypass valve located at the bottom of the filter element will automatically open (the opening pressure of the bypass valve is 0.4Mpa) to protect the normal operation of the filter and hydraulic system.
2. Easy installation and connection, simplifying system piping: This filter is directly installed on the fuel tank cover plate, with the filter head exposed outside the tank and the return cylinder immersed in the tank. The inlet is equipped with pipe and flange connections, simplifying the system piping. Make the system layout more compact and the installation and connection more convenient.
3. The filter element is made of fiberglass filter material; It has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, small original pressure loss, and large pollutant absorption capacity. The filtration accuracy is calibrated based on absolute filtration accuracy, with filtration ratios β 3, β 5, β 10, β 20 ≥ 200, and filtration efficiency η ≥ 99.5%. The evaluation methods are ISO16889-99 and GB/T18853-2002.
4. The design adopts a direct return oil filter, making it very convenient to replace the filter element or add oil to the fuel tank; Simply unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover) to replace the filter element or add oil to the fuel tank. There are 2 M18 × 1.5 oil ports on the filter head, which can be used to install a transmitter on either side or to filter a small amount of oil in the system back into the fuel tank. 5. The liquid flow diffuser is installed at the bottom of the oil return cylinder, which can smoothly flow the medium of the oil return into the oil tank without generating bubbles, thereby reducing the re-entry of air and weakening the disturbance of deposited pollutants.
