How to wire the hydraulic solenoid valve?
The wiring method of solenoid valves is relatively simple in the category of automatic control valves. Usually, there are two types of wiring methods we encounter: lead wire and junction box. The following are the specific steps for wiring the solenoid valve, explained in an easily understandable way.
1. Box type wiring
The most widely used wiring method currently is the junction box. It adopts DIN connectors, which allows the distance of the control system to be unrestricted and there is no need to break wires in the middle, so there will be no additional nodes.
2. Lead wire connection
This wiring method is commonly used for waterproof and explosion-proof solenoid valves. Its advantage is that the leads can be directly connected to the control system, but the disadvantage is that additional wiring may be required when connecting to the control system over a longer distance.
3. Classification of wiring methods
The commonly used solenoid valve wiring is divided into two categories: lead type and junction box type. The principle of these two wiring methods is the same, except that the lead type removes the plug of the junction box and leads out the power cord from inside the coil, forming an integrated design.
