Detailed inflation steps for accumulator

Generally, it can be carried out according to the methods described in the accumulator user manual and equipment user manual. Regularly use inflation tools to fill the accumulator with nitrogen gas. Before inflating the accumulator, slightly raise the oil inlet of the accumulator and inject hydraulic oil with about 1/10 of the housing volume for lubrication. Connect one end of the inflation tool to the accumulator inflation valve and the other end to the nitrogen cylinder. Open the shut-off valve on the nitrogen cylinder, adjust its outlet pressure to 0.05~0.1Mpa, rotate the handle on the inflation tool (screw in the valve stem), slowly open the valve core of the accumulator inflation valve, and slowly inject nitrogen. This will slowly open the folded airbag during assembly, causing the airbag to gradually expand until the mushroom valve closes. At this point, the inflation speed can be accelerated and reach the required inflation pressure. Do not fill the accumulator with gas all at once to avoid rupture due to uneven inflation of the airbag during the inflation process. The piston accumulator should also be slowly and gradually filled with nitrogen gas. After nitrogen filling, first unscrew the valve stem of the inflation tool (close the one-way inflation valve of the accumulator), and then close the nitrogen cylinder. If the charging pressure of the accumulator is high, the charging system should be equipped with a booster (such as a nitrogen charging cart with a booster). At this time, connect the other end of the charging tool to the booster. During the inflation process, the temperature will decrease. After the inflation is completed and reaches the required pressure, it should be stopped for about 20 minutes. After the temperature stabilizes, the inflation pressure should be measured again and necessary corrections should be made. Then, the air valve should be closed and the inflation tool should be removed. If there is a significant difference between the temperature T1 during inflation and the temperature T2 during use, it is important to consider the changes in pressure at different temperatures (theoretically, inflation pressure refers to the gas pressure inside the accumulator when the fluid port is not pressurized at the operating temperature), which should be calculated according to the formula P01 × T2=P02 × T1; For example, if the temperature during use is higher than the temperature during inflation, the pre inflation pressure should be reduced accordingly; Otherwise, it may cause the accumulator to fail or shorten its service life. The accumulator needs to be checked 24 hours after inflation, and regular checks should also be conducted in future use to check for any leaks in the accumulator.
