The performance of the pressure switch test
Pressure switch is the important part of industrial system, rely on hydraulic system pressure convey signals, start-up, shut-down and system overvoltage protection control system, to ensure that the hydraulic system can operate normally.As a result, the operator to test whether the performance of the pressure switch for benign or not, otherwise it will affect hydraulic press work.
(1) the manifold pressure gauge component and the hose to the high and low pressure valve repair.When the refrigerant in the system pressure is higher than 0.21 MPa, low voltage switch should be turned on.Otherwise for poor performance, should be replaced.
(2) in the refrigeration system work, use cardboard or other plate condenser cooling, blocking to deteriorate the cooling effect, when the temperature of the condenser will gradually rise, when the high side pressure is 2.1 ~ 2.5 MPa, the electromagnetic clutch should immediately without electricity, and then remove the cardboard, high side pressure is reduced to 1.9 MPa, electromagnetic clutch should immediately electricity, make the compressor work.Otherwise to bad performance.
(3) high voltage switch contact is always closed.Its two terminals measured with a multimeter, if break, that has been damaged, if the resistance is zero, shows good performance.
(4) low voltage switch contact, under no pressure is normally open.The two terminal is measured with a multimeter, if performance is normal, should be to break, or for poor performance.
(5) under the condition of the pressure testing pressure switch with high accuracy.Low voltage switch contact closure at about 0.2 Mpa commonly;High voltage switch off contact at about 2.65 Mpa.
