Flow control valve features and applications

The function of the flow control valve is by changing the valve port flow area of the size or channel length to change fluid resistance, control valve through the flow, so as to realize hydraulic actuators movement speed (or speed) of regulation and control. The advantages of speed regulating valve is flow stability is good, but as a result of fluid flow through speed regulating valve, after a fluid resistance, pressure loss bigger. Often used in load change is big but to speed control precision and high requirement of quantitative pump oil throttle control hydraulic system, sometimes used for variable pump oil supply capacity of the throttle valve control hydraulic system.

Overflow valve characteristics and application:

Overflow valve inlet pressure that is for hydraulic pump outlet pressure, interfering with load change, the power loss is small, the system heating small, energy saving significance. But usually overflow valve pressure compensation device in the spring is hard, the pressure fluctuation is bigger, flow stability than ordinary speed regulating valve is poor, through the flow more hours is more apparent, the overflow valve is only applicable to speed stability requirement is high power larger throttle control system. In addition, due to the overflow valve make pump outlet pressure changes with the load pressure, and both are only the throttle valve port pressure difference, therefore, the use of overflow valve can only arrangement in hydraulic pump export.
