Note that the rated (nominal) flow of the return oil filter SP-06 is the actual flow of the hydraulic working system. When the viscosity of the oil is 32 CST, the flow through the clean filter element under the original resistance is the rated flow of the return oil filter SP-08. Pay attention to the data to prevent the filter element from being blocked.
Filter element is a vulnerable part. When it is blocked for a long time, the maintenance and replacement of filter element will increase the cost. All kinds of oil return filter SP-10 manufacturers have specified the rated flow of filter element. When general hydraulic oil is used for the system, the following two points shall be paid attention to when using the filter:
A. The rated flow of the pipeline filter is more than 2.5 times of the working flow of the system. For unconventional hydraulic oil, please consult relevant manufacturers.
B: The rated flow of oil suction and return filter is 3 times or more than the working flow of hydraulic system;

return filter SP-06*10 are mainly made of paper type, glass fiber type, wire gap type and mesh type.
The glass fiber filter element SP-10*10 has the advantages of high filtering accuracy, large oil capacity, less original pressure loss, and large amount of pollution. The filtering accuracy is defined by the filtering ratio β 3, 5, 10, 20 > 100. It can't be cleaned and reused. When the filter element is blocked, it must be replaced.
Mesh type and wire gap type generally use metal mesh as the filter material, the advantages are that they can be cleaned repeatedly and used many times; the disadvantages are that the filtering effect is poor, and now they are less used in the hydraulic oil return pipeline.
