What are the causes of high temperature of hydraulic gear pump and asynchronous motor?
1. The bearing of asynchronous motor is running short of oil for a long time, the friction loss is serious, and the bearing overtemperature becomes higher slowly.
2. When the asynchronous motor rotates normally, the bearing temperature will be higher if too much oil is used or too thick.
3. The lubricating oil shall be free of impurities. If it is not clean, the temperature of the bearing will be increased.
4. Improper assembly of gear pump and motor, and disordered installation of fixed end cover screws will cause inflexible rotation of bearing and more violent friction during operation, resulting in excessive temperature.
5. If the running belt is too tight, the bearing pressure will increase, and then the heat will be generated.
6. If poor bearing is selected, the bearing is rusted and the steel ball is out of round, it will heat up.
7. The working motor bearing has been broken, which causes the bearing to heat up.
