installation
The installation of cooler is divided into vertical cooler and horizontal cooler. The vertical cooler has the features of small required area and easy installation. Horizontal oil cooler is characterized by small pressure drop and strong water impact resistance. Therefore, vertical or horizontal oil cooler is selected correctly according to the requirements of different site, space height and service performance, which can better meet the needs of generating sets and other equipment.
(1) the cooler can only be put into use after the pressure test is qualified, and the front row can be used to store water inside.
(2) check whether the poured and empty valves are flexible, convenient and switch position, and whether the pressure gauges and thermometers are all installed.
(3) check whether the foundation and support are firm, and whether the bolts of each part are fully fastened and tightened.
(4) when it is put into use, cool flow is first thrown, followed by heat flow.
(5) when using cold medium or hot medium, first ensure the secondary line is unblocked, and then slowly open the outlet valve. After checking no problems, open the inlet valve slowly to prevent the pressure. Attention should be paid to the change of equipment during operation. After the cooler is put into use, leakage may occur as the temperature pressure changes, so it should be checked in time.
