What is the gear pump working principle
Gear pump: by two gears meshing together and constitute the pump known as gear pump. Gear pump working principle and structure

The suction liquid is divided into two ways and is pushed by the gear in the alveolar to the discharge chamber. After the liquid enters the discharge chamber, as the teeth of the two gears are constantly engaged, the liquid is squeezed from the discharge chamber into the discharge tube. With the driving and driven gears turning continuously, the pump can continuously draw in and out liquids.
The pump body is equipped with a safety valve. When the discharge pressure exceeds the specified pressure, the liquid can be automatically pushed open to make the high-pressure liquid return to the suction pipe.
